At Greenloom Sales, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a simple and hassle-free order cancellation process.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your Order ID.
Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your order:
Reach out to us via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Share your Order ID and cancellation request.
Our team will confirm if the order is eligible for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank account details may be required for refund processing.
Cancellation by Us
In rare cases, we may cancel an order due to:
Product being out of stock
Incorrect pricing or listing errors
Payment failure
Delivery location not serviceable
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
